About “Kurmīši”

“Kurmīši” was founded in 1994 as a family farm. For more than 25 years, we have been offering residents and tourists of Latvia herbal tea grown on the territory of our farm. In 2013, we received a Certificate of compliance with organic farming due to our nature-friendly practices. The herbal tea fields of the farm “Kurmīši” are located in the territory of the ecologically clean nature park “Daugavas loki”. Since 1994, approximately 40 types of herbal teas have been cultivated in the "Kurmīši" herbal tea fields. These include several medicinal herbs that grow in Latvia, as well as the most popular herbal tea plants in America and Asia. Visitors to our farm can learn about the secrets of growing and making herbal tea. After the tour, you will be offered an exclusive opportunity to taste and buy "Kurmīši" herbal tea and honey. Candles made of our beeswax will create a special atmosphere, but the wonderful aroma of our hydrosols will show you the way to the flower world.
